T Clarke have an extensive history of projects carried out for schools, colleges and universities. Projects range from central plant replacement to new campus buildings and facilities.

This project carried out for St. Brendan's Sixth Form College in Bristol comprised the Design and Build of a new Multi Purpose Sports Hall. The Building provides the college with the following facilities:

• Main Sports Hall (with dual lighting control to facilitate examinations)
• Air Conditioned Multi-Gym
• Student and Staff Changing Rooms
• Teaching Classrooms
• Dance Studio
• ICT Suite

Mechanical and Electrical Services installed on the project include:

• New Incoming LV Supply
• Direct/Indirect Lighting with Occupancy Control and Dimming
• Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV (IP Based) Linked to existing Campus systems
• Natural Ventilation System to Sports Hall
• Ground Source Heat Pump Heating System
• Underfloor LTHW Heating
• Radiant Gas Fired Heating to Sports Hall
• Air Conditioning to Gym, Dance Studio and ICT Suite
