T.Clarke Bristol are pleased to announce the securing of the £1.1M order for new managed workspace premises in Portishead just outside of Bristol.
The Design and Build project is being carried out for Barnwood Constuction.
Kestrel Court provides high quality office and studio/workshop space catering specifically for all types of businesses. Units range from single offices up to larger units capable of accommodating growing companies. Ample car parking is available with 24 hour access to all units. The offices are air conditioned and all the units have the benefit of the use of conference / meeting facilities and on-site café.
